Dubai, UAE

In addition to the gorgeous view of the bay with yachts and Burj Khalifa on the horizon available in the Brasserie Du Park, you can enjoy a lovely live music. Every Thursday there are performances by the British singer Claudia Patrice. During her career, she managed to collaborate with Kylie Minogue and Simple Minds. The music is soft and unobtrusive, while creating a light mood and sets the tone for the weekend. As for the menu – the Italian Daniele Gialluisi, who previously worked in the kitchen of Palazzo Versace, is responsible for it. International experience gained in working with Michelin chefs, he brings to the creation of dishes in the Brasserie Du Park. We especially recommend tasting burrata and pizza with truffle. However, everything is delicious there.

After sunset, the bar is transformed: the lighting is muted, and guests are waited for the evening with traditional live music and thick aromas of hookahs. For the successful evenings, Arab singers are invited to Al Sarab. The place is famous for its cozy interior in oriental style, comfortable sofas and carved Arabic lanterns.

The food will be served in a unique style, so that the guests just have to lie back in the chair and watch the waiters bring an incredible selection of specialties – from the appetizers to desserts.

The appetizer itself is made from fresh oysters, lobsters, mussels, scallops and octopus served on a beautiful tray with ice and flowing smoke. This is followed by a second appetizer – a salad with boiled octopus and crumbled foie gras. Main dishes include chicken, fish with pasta and mushroom fusilli with goat cheese and truffle oil.

A dessert consists of 4-5 different types of cakes and ice cream. So, this is an ideal place to get together with friends and have a great time in a relaxed atmosphere. Where: Fairmont the Palm
