- Train the employees : There can be a disparity in the skill set of employees and because of that conflicts may arise. So, make them attend a training so that at least everyone who is under the same job level is on the same page. This issue can occur between the manager and the employees as well. The leader may not know what they are best at according to their skills or they aren’t aware of the right way to lead. If the employees will find the leader less capable, the leader will have a tough time. So, it is better to acquaint the leader of the software.
