What are the foods to avoid before and after you take ayahuasca?

  • Peas, beans, and legumes
  • Rice, oats, buckwheat and other cereals

  • Ghee or olive oil
  • Organic eggs(but this is not allowed on the ceremony day)
  • Fish like tilapia, trout, sole, and snapper.
