Teenager health is one of the most important social tasks of society and one of the most urgent health problems. The growing interest of some researchers in this field is due to the fact that even, in addition to the health of adults, the health of children is affected by all social, environmental, economic and other factors. The health of a teenager is largely determined by the conditions of life, especially in the family and at school. During the study, the formation of a healthy lifestyle for teenagers has its own characteristics and is determined by the psychophysical qualities of schoolchildren and the guidance of teachers and parents so that children not only have an education but also reach them and empower them.
